In the summer months we also welcome our guests to the “Granglerhütte” in the Weißpriachtal.
The Granglerhütte, like the chalet village of Fanningberg, is located in the municipality of Weißpriach in the UNESCO Biosphere Park Salzburg Lungau. In order to get to the Granglerhütte, however, you have to go into the rear valley. The rustic alpine hut is surrounded by imposing mountains and the idyllic landscape along the “Longa” mountain stream. Wonderful rustic alpine hut cuisine awaits the guests in a cozy atmosphere. For our little guests there is an adventure – children’s playground.
Hiking:
The Granglerhütte can be reached via a hike (approx. 1 hour) from the parking lot at the Dicktlerhütte. You can also take a toll road to the alpine pasture area and reach the hut after a short walk on level ground. The Granglerhütte is also an ideal starting point for further hikes to the surrounding mountain lakes or the peaks of the Weißpriach Valley.
